Special Circumstances Inquiry

The Financial Aid Office has the authority to review  information reported on 2025-26 FAFSA that no longer accurately reflects you or  your family's current financial situation due to extenuating circumstances.  By submitting the preliminary request below, our office will review the circumstances and determine if we are able to move forward with any adjustments that will result in a lower Student Aid Index (SAI).  The submission of the form does not guarantee we will be able to process your request.
